The want of confidence debato was somewhat dramatically wought to a close at midnight. On a division being taken tho Ayes were 63 and the Noes 63, and tho Speaker, giving his casting vote in favour of the Government, declared Mr Dibbs vote of censure lost. Tho Uouso then adjourned nntil Tuesday.
