"THE COLLEEN BAWN."

The above favorite Irish drama was t>roduced at tho Oddfeltowa 1 Hall last night to a good bouse, and Jfr J. J. Kennedy, having recovered from his recent indisposition, was enabled to take " Myles-na-Coppaleen," being received most cordially on his appearance. The part is a favourite one with plavgoors, and Mr Kennedy give 3 a finished rendering of it. Mr Dobsou'a " Kyrla DaW," and Mr Frank Norton's '•Hardress Creegan " wero excellently rendered, aud moreover were costumed in good taste j while Mr Ingleson was sufficiently repulsive as " Danny Manu ," without overdoing the part, and Mr Jormyn's " Corrigan " was an cxcellont portraiture of the scheming Irish squire. Mr Savillo's " Father Tom " was a faithful interpretation of tho warm-hoarted priest, and Messrs Henry, Campbell, and Balfour filled minor parts satisfactorily. Mis 3 Idrone Thornton, as "Eilly O'Connor," gavo a realistic and sympathetic delineation of tho loving and betrayed " Colleen Bawn," and sang with good effoot " The Cruiskeen Lawn." Miss Lilly Hillj as " Anno Chute," was most successful in portraying tho vivacious Irish heiress j the poor but proud "Mrs Creegan" found a good exponent in Mrs Jormyn, and Miss Vernoa filled the small part of "Sbeelah" with satisfaction. Needless to say tho drama was well mounted, and tho applause that followed the action of the plot terminated at the fall o£ the curtain in nattering recalls.

This evening, baiug positively tho last appearance of the Company, " Little Lord Fauntleroy " will bs staged, Mr Kennedy taking his original part of "Mr Hobbs" (the grocer). The performance is under tho patronage and in the presence of the Hon the Premier. Remembering the large crowd that assembled at tho OddfelloW Hall on Tuesday la3t, on its initial produotion here, intending patrons ahould book seats at the earliest possible momenfc at Messrs Jones and Son's; it may also be mentioned that tickets may be obtained at Atr T. Ferry's tobacconists' shop. The Company play at Waverley to-morrow ovening.
