' ♦ Grand Jury Refuse to Indict those Alleged to be guilty. (By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Per United Press Association.) Nbw Yoek, May 6. Ihe Grand Jury at New Orleans has refused to indict those alleged to bo connected ■with the lynching of the Sicilians. In their report they state they have discovered many efforts to bribe the jury who tried the Sicilians for the murder of I Chief Detective Hennessy ; also, that half of the original ury desired to convict the Sicilians. Nine of the viotims of the lynching wera nafcuralis a American citizens. The Grand Jury further report that the lynching involved the entire oity, and therefore it was difficult to fix anyone specially guilty.
