Ihe Grand Jury at New Orleans has refused to indict those alleged to bo connected ■with the lynching of the Sicilians. In their report they state they have discovered many efforts to bribe the jury who tried the Sicilians for the murder of I Chief Detective Hennessy ; also, that half of the original ury desired to convict the Sicilians. Nine of the viotims of the lynching wera nafcuralis a American citizens. The Grand Jury further report that the lynching involved the entire oity, and therefore it was difficult to fix anyone specially guilty.
