Hon. Jumos Service, M.L.C., addressed tho membors of tho Chamber of Commerce yesterday on tho subject of British interests in New Hobrides and South Soas gonorally. In the course of hia remarks he exprossed his opinion that tho Victorian Chambor should communicate with other chambers throughout Australia, with a view of taking united action to renuvo restrictions under which English rcsidonts BufTor, and so placo thorn on an equal fooling with foreigners.
