In the Hougb of Assembly last night Mr Dibbs, leader of the Opposition, supported the Premier's action with roforence to the speech made by Mr Crick, at Lamberton, on Saturday. Ultimately, the motion that the Speaker roquest Mr Crick to state if he had used the language attributed to him was carried by 66 to 12. Crick theroupon denied that he had used the specific worda "Parliament was rotten and corrnpt."
