" Hacks " shall meau horses that have novor started in a woight-for-age or handicap raco (hack racos oxcopted) at time of start, and that are not nominated for a Dorby, Guineas, or St. Loger at timo of entry. 3. Five per cent, to bo deducted from all stakes. 4. No ontry will bo recoived for any raco, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections, arising out of the racing, shall be settled by the stewards, or whom they appoint, and thoir decision shall bo final. 5. No nomination will bo receivod unloßß accompanied by tho nocossary amount in cash. 6. In all nominations description, ago, pedigreo, and performances must be given. 7. All horsos to bo ridden in distinguishing colours, which must bo givon at time of entry. 8.
