FULL SWING IN RAILWAY SERVICE.
(Per United Press Association.) Weel.ngton, September 29. During the present week the Bailway Commissioners will resume regular services on most of the Southern lines, traffic having gradually improved till it is now only a little below the volume as before the strike. Business on the Wellington lines is also increasing sufficient to justify the early resumption of full service.
