THB area of the Block now offered for Sale is 5,000 acros, sub-divided into four sections as shown upon plan. It adjoins that part of Ohaumoko Block formerly purchased by Mr Holden, who has now cleared and sown it with grass, and it is separated from the properties of Messrs R, Bruce, M.H.8., and A, McGregor by the Turakina River.
