January 9. A meeting of the creditors in tho estate of Kinross was adjourned to the 21st, owing to tho illness of the bankrupt. The principal creditors are— Union Bank, £16,570; Dalpctty & Co., £16,136 j Stewart and Macdonald, £5334. Kinross's approximate estimate shows— Assots,£ 136,000; liabilities, £106,000.
