(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per United Press Association.) London, Juno 30.—1n the Houoe of Lords to-day, Lord Wolseley said it would bo the easiest thing possible for France to collect 100,000 men, with 3CO guns in one night, and ship a forco at any of the ports of Franco and then to transfer them to England with tho object of capturing London. Lord Wolsoloy has nlso condemned tho wildly misloading statements recently mado by Lord Georgo Hamilton in the course of his denial of Lord Wolseloy's previous utterances on tho subject. Lord Salisbury said a surprise invasion of tho nature indicated by Lord Wolseley was impossible. Tho statements referred to by Lord Wolseley mado by Lord George Hamilton wero made on tho strength of information received by tho latter from the Transport Department. Lord Wolseley'» fears wero ridiculed by tho exports at tho Admiialty, and it woidd be more becoming on the part of the nobly lord to guide rather than chastise the Government. Tl-c Duke of Cambridgo oxpresscd the opinion that there was no immediate danger to 1)0 feared in tho direction indioated by Lord Wolsoley.
