WELLINGTON.
April 27. A meeting of creditors in tho assigned estato of B. ft. Pickering and Co, Blenheim, was held yesterday, Mr E. W. Mills in tho chair. Over twenty creditors wcro present or represented. The position of the estate was laid betoro the meeting by Mr Cock, of W. and J. Turnbull, and it was decided by the creditors to accept from tho trustees of the estate a composition of ten shillings in the pound cash.
