The Emperor's Health.
(By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Por United Press Association.) Bbehh, April 24-The Emperor rose early to-day, and was able to transact business. Hopes are now entertained that he will overcome the present attack. The Empress complains that the Berlin press is slandering the English physioians attending the Emperor. Tho Queen arrived in the city to-day, and was accorded a most friendly, though informal, reception. (Special To Press Association.) Bkehn, April 22— The condition of the Emperor shows a decided improvement, and the physicians are hopeful that the present attack has been overcome.
