Friday, 11th November. For United Kingdom, per Coptic, 12.30 p jn. ; money orders and registered letters, 11 a.m. Letters, &c., to bo addressed "per Coptic." Due in London December 24th. PRINCE OF WALEB' BIRTHDAY 9th NOVEMBER. The Post Office will observe a close holiday Mails usually despatched on Wednesday trill close on Tuesday at 7.30 p.m., a public delivery will be made over the counter on Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 o'clock. Telegraph hours 9 to 10 a.m. 7 to 8 p.m. Telephone Exchange will remain open as usual.
