News to hand from Fiji states that H.M.S. Diamond returned to Snva on the 30th ultimo, with Sir C. B. Mitchell, 'Governor. The enquiry into the state of afftirs at Tonga had concluded, and Sir C. B. Mitchell obtained assurances that there would be no further persecutions.
