Hawkb's Bay Steeplechase Handicap, of 600 soys ; seoond horse to reoeive 50 soys, and third horse 25 soys from the stakes : nomination, 2 soys, on Tuesday, 17 th May ; weights declared on Tuesday, 31st May ; .cooptance, 5 soys, on night of general entry ;final payment, 8 >ovs, on Saturday, 18 h June, by 5 p.m. ; winner of any Steeplechase Handicap of the value of 200 soys, after deolaration of the weights to carry 71b penalty.
