When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. Any person neglectI ing or refuting to comply with this role sbail pay a fine of 2 soys to the race fund. All races to be run under the new Rules i of Racing. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. Qualification fco for non-members residing in the Hawora County to be £2 ; those residing outside of the county, free. No other nomination will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Cterk of the Scales one half-hour before starting.
