Acceptances for handicaps, making the total amount of entrance money 5 pei cent, on the value of the fiist prize, will be received on the ground }-houi before the starting of each race. The Friendly Societies' Cup will be decided by points, 3 for Ist, 2 for 2nd, and 1 tor 3rd: The 100 yds must be won in 12secs,the 250 yds in 33secs, and the 440 yds in 63Secs.
