Tho deorce in tho case, New Plymouth Harbour Board v the Sinking Fund Commissioners, was settled according to Judge Ward's jtylgmeut yesterday in the Supreme Court this morning. The Harbour Board have refunded to them by the Judge's ruling some £20,000, which goes towards the construction of the work:
