BARNS & HIGGIE'S REPORT. Our sale on Wednesday, 2nd June, was sot so Urge aa usual, but the time of year considered, the supply of stock waß qnite equal to the demand, and we look for small Bales for a month or so; In oattle, quiet yountf steers find purchasers at fair values, and there is enquiry for good young ewes in lamb, bat no high figures can be expected. We quote :~ Oattlb,— Fat cows, £3 14b to £4 4s ; store cows, £2 ss ; mixed yearlings, 34s ; milkers In calf, £3. Shbip.- -Store wethers, well forward, 9s to 8s 8d ; fat ewes, 7s 6d ; ewes,' 5s 7d to 7s 9d, according to quality. Pigs, — Dull of sale, Small porkers, 7a 8d to 9a 6d ; Buckers and weanors, 2s 6d to 4s. Hobsbs,— Little or no business done.
