Mr C/Jamberlain advocated tho establishment of a Parliament on similar lines to that posaessed by Canada, He expressed the conviction that tho elections would result in a majority of those who Bupported union between England and Ireland, June 2 — Tho debate on the Irish question was continued in the House of Commons last night, when Sir William Vernon Har« court, Chancellor of the Exchequer, spoke. He affirmed that tho country generally sanctioned the principle of the Bill, which he stated would be carried out, although tho present Government might be destroyed*
