(PER UNITED PJJKS3 ASSOCIATION,) AUCKLAND. April 16. The body of Johanna Binning, the wife of a slaughterman, was found floating in the 'harbour this morning. She has been in a deßponding state of min<J for some days, the cause being the arrest for theft of an adopted daught, Last night she threatened to drown herself. Sou'wester has been scratched for all engagements at the autumn meeting. At the inquest on the body of Mra Johanna Binning, a verdiot of found drowned was returned, without marks of violence. She was latterly showing signs of derange* ment.
