No entry will be received for any race except on this condition : That aU disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final.— All Entiies to oe sealed and addiessedto the Secretary, Palmerston Nonh, entrance money enclosed, wiih name, age at the time o£ entry, pedigree, and in case of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of ihe owner, and colors of the rider. Any jockeyß riding except in colors entered will be fined 3 soys. — When two or more horses Btart, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing color must be worn.— All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk ot the Scales one half -hour before starting. Any peison neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule ahull pay a fine of 5 soys to the Race Fund.— All races to be run under the W. J.C. Bules.— Horn s walking over will only receive half the stakes.— No horse to save its stakes in any race except where otherwise specified. -AU entries and nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary at the time *" and place as advertised, accompanied by the ' AHoukt of nomination and entiance money.
