NOTICE is hereby given that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the River Bank Special Rating District will be taken, in terms of Section 49, Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, for the purpose of levying a Special Rate, set forth as under :—: — 1. The work to consist of Road Formation, and to cost £150 2. The yearly payment to be made by such Special Eating District to be £3 15s, necessitating a Special Rate of l-23rd of a penny in the £ for 10 consecutive years 3. The plans and specifications and detailed estimates of the cost of the above work are to be seen at the County Offices, Victoria Avenue, Wanganui 4.
