Hack Hurdle Race, of 10 soys; post entrance, 1 soy ; one mile and a distance, over four flights of hurdles ; open to all horses that have never won publio money, or been nominated for an advertiaed race bix months previous to date of meeting, hack races excepted weights to be not under 9 stone. To stort at 12.15 p.m. 3. Maiden Plate, of 25 boys ; distance, one mile and a half ; entrance, 2 soys ; weight for age ; open to all horses that have never won publio money prior to the date of entry ; any horse entered for the Maiden Plate winning an advertised race between the time of entry and date of race to carry a penalty of 51bs.

To atart at 4.45 p.m. Nominations for the Hurdle, Foxton j Raciug .Club, Stewards' Stakes, and Flying Stakes Handicaps will be received, addressed to the Secretary, Foxton, up till Thursday, 18th December, at 10.30 p.m. Weights to be declared on Monday, Sth Jauuary. General entries and acceptances close on Thursday, 15th January, 1885, at 10.30 p.m. RULES ANdTiEGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition : — That all disputes claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be deoided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points ; connected with the carrying out of the pro- | gramme shall be final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Foxton, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in cases of Handicaps, \» erformances of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. £&" " All entries and nominations must be " in the hands of the Secretary at the stated " time and place as advertised, accompanied " by the amoujt of nominations and entrance " money.
