September 17. Arrived— Steamer Changchow, from Melbourne, with Chairini's Circus. A passenger from Wellington to Sydney, per Te Anau, named Samuel Short, was taken from the steamer to the hospital yesterday afternoon, suffering from erjsipelas, and died this morning. It is believed he hails from Oamaru.
