THE FALCON ENQUIRY.
The evidence taken at the preliminary enquiry into the loss of the Falcon at Patea having been forwarded to the .Commissioner of Customs, that official has requested Mr Lundon to hold a formal enquiry before a Resident Magistrate, and a nautioal assessor. The enquiry will therefore take place to-morrow, before Mr Ward, R.M., and Captain Priest, who will act as assessor.,
