The schedule of properties attached to the balance-sheet of the New Zealand Native Land Settlement Company gives the following • particulars with reference to blocks dealt with:— Number of properties, 30 ; average, 327,403 acres ; estimated value, £275,901, estimated liabilities and cash payments due, £76,186 ; estimated profits to natives, £85,905 j estimated profits to Company, £42,952.
