Melbourne, Oct 31. — Malting barley has fallen from 3d to 6d p r bushel during the week, and is now worth from 4s to 5d ; New Zealand feeding oats are quoted at from 2s 9d to 33, a decline of Id. Quotations for other grains are nominal. At the wool sale to-day Goldsborough and Co. (Limited), catalogued 9000 bales, of which 8000 were sold. Medium to superior greasy brought lOd to 13gd ; and ordinary to good scoured, 14d to 20d. Brisk competition was experienced. Received Nov 1, 1.20 a.m.
