The Cross-action of the ELLIS CHURN prevents a waste in the centre common to other Churns, and causeß the whole of the cream to be utilised. Can be usod by Butter Factories, and applied to steam or water power. It is easily cleaned after using, by first cold water and then hot water. By turning the handle, as in churning, the action of the spoons cleans the inside thoroughly. The centre of the Churn can be taken out when required.
