(reuter's telegrams.) London, April 11. The Volunteer review was held at Portsmouth, in the presence of their Royal Highnesses the Prince of Wales and Duke of Cambridge. Thirty thousand men were in the field, and nothing occurred to mar the success of the demonstration.
