JACKSON has received instructions to sell by public auction at the Wool Stores, Wanganui, on Wednesday, 20th October, at 2 p.m. THAT VALUABLE FARM KNOWN AS FORDELL, At present occupied by Messrs Reid & Hume, • containing 778 acres of the FINEST LAND IN THE DISTRICT. The estate is situated about nine miles from Wanganui, on the No_ 2 Line of Road, and the homestead is within half a mile of the Railway Station of Fordell. It is divided into nine paddocks, the fences being well kept— live hedges and wire. The land is laid down with English grasses, except that which is under cultivation, which consist of three acres of wheat, and 20 acres of, oats. TheMatarawa stream runs through the land.
