In the matter of "The Debtors' and Creditors' Act, 1876, and the amendment thereof, and of the bankruptcy of William Brandt, of Feilding, Bootmaker, a debtor. AT the request of the above-named debtor, who desires to apply to the Court for an order of discharge, I hereby summon a general meeting of his creditors to be held at the Court House, Wang-anui, on the 18th day of September instant, at three o'clock in afternoon, for the purpose of considering the Debtors' application for a resolution recommending his immediate discharge.
