Neo from Afghanistan states that there is great mortality amongst the camels en route to the campaign, causing difficulties of transport, and delaying the safe removal of hostilities. It is proposed to co-operate simultaneously with Jellalabad, Candabar, and Kurran Valley column. Russian papers unanimously express an opinion that the conquest of Afghanistan is an imperative and fatal necessity to England.
