J^The B s Rangatira met with strong head winds and heavy sea coming from the Manukau,shej.did not consequently reach New Plymouth till noon yesterday, when she took our portion of the Frisco mail on board, and sailed r at 1 p.m. Still experienced heavy weather and could not made the river till 1 o'clock this morning-, when she had to wait for the tide, and reached the wharf at 9.30 a.m. She brought the Ohaplin-Oshorne Company.
