London, Aug. 26. Austria has notified to the Porte that unless the Convention* is signed, she will recall her ambassador from Constantinople, and annex Bosnia and Herzegorina by right of conquest. Montenegro, Seryia, and Greece protests against the action of Austria. President Macmahon has intimated the willingness of France to allow England to annex the Holy Land.
