No entry will be received for any races except upon thid condition — that all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying outof this programme •hall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Pier Hotel, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and in case of Handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. Any Jookey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 sots. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. In all weight for age races, the weight for age soale of the Wanganui Jookey Club rules will be adhered to. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales, one half hour before Btarting. Any person neglecting or refusing lo comply with this rule, shall pay a fine of 5 soys., to the race fund. All entries should be made on the Club's printed forms of entry, whioh may be obtained at the office of the Hon. Secretary. All races to be run under the W. J. C. Rales. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes.' Qualification fee, 2 guineas for 'non-mem-bers, Second horse to save its stakes in any race, except otherwise specified. Nominations for the Handicap Hurdles and Wanganni Stakes to be made to the Hon.
