, Palmebston North, April 8i A smithy in the occupation of C. J. Wildbore, at Awahuri, was totally consumed by fire on Saturday morning. Wildbore only saved two boxes of clothes, while Mr Menztes' house, next door, was alight several times, and only saved by great exertion. .Wildbore is a, great' loser, being uninsured, and Menzies' things were damaged by removal. :
