The Railway Station, Goods Shed, Etc,, is to be built in the Township, to which the Tiain is now running, and will shortly be opened for traffic. It is situated about 6 milesfrom the Railway Bridge, and is the first station on the line from Wansanui. The First Prize will be as follows : — A COMFORTABLE HOMESTEAD, consisting of Commodious Sevenroomed House, and 16 Acres of First-class Land, well grassed, including an old established Orchaid, with a first-class assortment of Fruit Trees in full bearing, the whole property being fenced in the most substantial manner. This land must ultimately become of great value from its proximity to the Railway Station. NINETY other Prizes, consisting- of Full Quarter Acre and One-eighth Acre of SECTIONS. A Lithographed Map of the Township will be prepared as soon a« the surveys are completed, full particulars of which will then be published. The whole will be disposed of on the principal of the Glasgow Art Union some time in April next. The value of the sections is placed at a very moderate price, so that in a very short time they will be doubled and trebled in value, making it one oj the most Legitimate and Advantageous Drawings ever held in £ ew Zealand.
