'The Court of Queen's Bench decides that Shaw, Savill and Co. must refund the moiety of passage money of the emigrants by the Cospatrick, burned at sea. Feb. 7. The Porto lias consented to apply Andrassy's scheme of reform to the insurgent provinces. Cardinal Manning has disavowed the Ritualistic scheme.
