PEOSPEOTUS. Being only £5 each 'they, are within the reach of nearly eveiy one arid it will be the object of the. Directors to put the Company on a wide basis, so as to give the patrons of thoroughln-ed and dratt stock a general interest in it. 7.—lt is proposed that a suitable piece of land be obtained on which to form the nucleus cf a Breeding Establishment, and the Directors expect that wilh care and economy, in the management, this land, while answering all ihe purposes for which it Avill be ' -eqiured by the Company, can be made payable in itself. 8. —The promoters feel confident that the undertaking will not only supply a want much felt in the district, but while enabling it 1o compete with other parts of the Colony, will also prove remunerative to the shareholders.
