T DO ORDER that all appointments of X Gazettes within the meaning of the said Act heretofore made by me for this Judicial District be cancelled, and they are hereby cancelled, and in lieu thereof I do appoint for the purposes of this Act, the "WELLINGTON INDEPENDENT" NEWSPAPER to be a Gazette for the Province of Wellington, excepting that portion of the said Province known as the sheriff's District of Wauganui.
