Saturday, March 11th. (Before Walter Boiler, Esq., E.M., and Major Durie, J. P.) DRUNKENNESS. William Fraser was charged with drunkenness and assaulting the police. Fined 40s and costs Gs Gd, or in default one week's imprisonment with hard labor. John Y/oods fined 20s or 4S hours imprisonment with hard labour.
