Feiday, Mauch 10, IS7I. (Before Walter Buller, Esq., R.M.) CIVIL. James Smith v. Thomas Hamilton. Claim, £10 17s Gd. Defendant paid £7 10s into Court, with 11s costs, in satisfaction of the claim. The plaintiff refused to accept that amount, so the case was gone into. Judgment was given for the defendant, with costs. Robert Vance v. Charles Johnston. Claim, £o, value of a bay pony. This claim was brought irregularly, it' being a claim for detinue. Plaintiff non-suited. Costs remitted.
