Feb. 16, 12,32 p.m. The s.s. Phoebe has arrived with the English Mail transhipped from ' the Airedale, which ran on a reef off Waitara on Tuesday morning last, about 10 miles nortii of Taranaki. It ,was thick weather ar, the time. Pringle rode from Waitara to Taranaki aDd got the Phcsbe to put back and take on mails and passengers. The mail ba.ss were two hours under water. Kennedy remains by the Airedale, and if the weather holds fair will save machinery and cargo.
