The Golden Mint Gold Mining Company has about 350 feet of the same reef, which will be vigorously worked at once; it also joins the celebrated Mahaurangi and Dixon's No. 3, and being ye^ and peg with either of which would alone make it valuable. A large amount of work has been done on the Company's ground, and the Directors feel confident that in a very' short time, under the able management of the Mining Manager, the shares will reach a very high figiir.e in the market. The Directors have resolved to offer one thousand of the reserve shares to the public at '■£! each. If the number of shares allotted to be sold be disposed no calls will be made until a dividend is r declared, and under any circumstances cannot exceed 3d ppr share per month.
