(Before W. H. Watt and J. WMcox, Esqrs., J.P.'s) VAGRANCY.

W. «T. Mullins, a bad character, was charged by Constable McGlone with being a vagrant.

Con. McGlone said that prisoner had no visible means of support; that he occupied a house close to Market-square, where he harbored "prostitute?, and the neighbors were frequently complaining of him; even when be went to arrest the prisoner there were three or four prostitutes in the house at the time; the house is a regular pest to the neighborhood. Sentenced to two weeks imprisonment with hard labor.
