WHEREAS all the furniture and effects saved from the fire at the Rutland Hotel, being- the property of the bankrupt's estate; this is to give notice that any party failing to discover to the trustee property in his possession within forty- mM two days of the filing- of the bankrupt's petition, is liable to forfeit double the value, and a sum of one hundred pounds.
