The out-houses consist of stables, fowl and pigeon - houses, rabbit-warren, &c. The property stands on f-acre of rising ground, and commands , the most beautiful and extensive view in the settlement. No. 2.—The valuable lease of the property at the corner of Taupoquay and St. Hill-street, lately occupied by Messrs Moeller Bros., at a rental of £100 per annum.
