No. 2.—The valuable lease of the property at the corner of Taupoquay and St. Hill-street, lately occupied by Messrs Moeller Bros., at a rental of £100 per annum. No. 3.—The lease of the offices in St. Hill-street, opposite the Mi- | litia office, now let to Patrick Keon, Esq., Barrister-at-law. For further particulars apply to Messrs Gudgeon & Co.
