(Before W. H. Revell, Esq ) Tuesday, November 25th. A. C. Berne v. John Brady.—Charge of using threatening language in a public place. Information dismissed with costs of Court 10s, witness KJs, each party to pay their own expenses. Inspector of Nuisances v. Quiglcy, Tottenham, and Ward, horses astray, fines were inflicted. Police v. Gilmer —Allowing a chimney to be on rlrc on 20th November. Fined 10s and costs. Helena Tottenham v. J. J. Tottenham. Failing to comply with an order of the Court. Order made for defendant to pay the full amount due to the date of the information, with costs 7s, professional costs £1 Is or default 1 month's imprisonment in Westport gaol. M"Haselden appeared for the plaintiff. Police v. Annie Cairns.— Application for maintenance of Ellen Cairns in St. Mary's School, Nelson, under " The Industrial Schools Act, 1882." Order made for payment of 6a per week towards maintenance of her child. Cox v. Inangahua County Council.— Adjourned. Bradley v. Gunen.—Adjourned to first Court in January.
Blaxall v. Pollock.—Claim for £1 Cd. Judgment for plaintiff, with, costs 10s. Munro v. (Jr. and W. White.—Claim for £4B 10s Bd. Judgment for plaintiff, less amount of clerical error, with Court costs. Mr Moynihan for plaintiff; Mr Haselden for defendants. Try Again Co. v. O'Callaghan.—Mr Haselden for plaintiffs. Claim for L 5 8s 4d for calls. Judgment for amount and Nahr v. Twohill (Iteefton). —Claim for LO7 2s Gd. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs. Mr Moynihan for plaintiff.
