The schooner Three Friends earao in yesterday from Charleston, bringing a cargo of lignite. Tho Re«ult left yesterday for Ngikawhau, and will come in to day with another cargo of coals. The- twin-screw steamer Go-a-hcad loads at Wanganui to-day with cattle, for this port and Greymouth, and may be expected liete on Saturday afternoon. From Greymouth she goes direct to Sydney to receive new engines, and a thorough overhaul. The St Kildn, from "Wanganui, with a cstt'e freight for this port, may bo expected to arrive on Monday.
